Description – What was once designed as a West Coast Pilsner we then got carried away slightly with the hopping schedule to bring this more into the realm of cold IPA, lager-fermented with pilsner malt for crispness, hopped like a West Coast IPA with Chinook, Strata and Elani for punch, the final product a cold fermented IPA that is crisp, clean, showcasing grapefruit, pine, layered with juicy tropical notes and finishing with a zesty citrus lift
