Carrot cake inspired beer. A rich, malty amber ale base, brewed with roasted carrots, a warming blend of cinnamon, allspice, and natural pecan flavouring, layering cake vibes with whole vanilla pods and lactose for sweet measure. Smooth, spiced, and just a little nutty.

Dark Mild
A slight twist on a dark mild with emphasis on added body, for this we’ve added some rye malt in there. To continue the not so traditional way for this brew we have used all tettnang hops. The end result something dark, full bodied with a spiced backbone with the sessional abv.
Description – Malty dark mild ale with 70% Maris Otter, 8% Oats, 7% Rye malt then a touch of Crystal and specialty malts. Hopped gently with some Tettnang.

Building from the initial Hazy IPA (Cloudy Potton) we have Foggy Potton. Packing this with juicy goodness coming from the Nectaron Cyro hops and upping the Citra T90 to Citra Spectrum in the dry hop, all to eek out as much hop deliciousness as possible. Weighing in with 25g/l on the hops within this hazy.

Dunkle - Munich Dark Lager
A dark lager with prehistoric depth. Built on a bold base of Munich and Vienna malt, with a touch of Carafa III for smooth roast. Clean, crisp, and quietly fierce — like a dino in the dark.

Thai Rice Lager
Blush Vegas – A Pinkish Pilsner with a twist, brewed with black rice for a stunning pink hue, Blush Vegas brings the boldness of Vegas into every sip. Crisp, refreshing, and just a little bit flashy
Description – A crisp and refreshing rice lager/ pilsner, mashed with a good portion of Thai black glutinous rice to give the slight pink hue, hopped with Tettnang to give a balanced floral and herbal aromas with some spiciness, fermented with a classic german lager yeast to show of some german character.
